All products are made to order and therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
To report an issue, it must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Customs delays or additional import fees may occur and are not the responsibility of the seller. In case of damage during shipping, the issue will be reviewed and resolved as appropriate.
